What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, business details), the estimate data you create (customers, line items, prices, notes), your company logo if you upload one, and basic technical data such as device and log information.
Payment data
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We store only your subscription status, plan and billing period.
Voice input and AI
When you use the microphone button, the audio you record is sent to our transcription provider to convert it to text for the estimate you are writing. Suggested prices are generated from your own estimate history. Audio is processed to produce the transcript and is not used to build advertising profiles.
How we use data
To operate the app, generate your estimates and PDFs, process subscription billing, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that run the product (hosting, database, payments, transcription and AI providers) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Public estimate links
When you share an estimate link, anyone with that link can view that estimate, including your business name, contact details and the line items on it. Only share links with the customer they are for.
Retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your estimates in the app, and you can request account deletion through support; we will delete your account data except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
